Mainland Portugal (except Porto)
The transport is provided by Vasp. You will receive a confirmation SMS. And you can track the shipment or, if you prefer, arrange for pickup at a location. Kiosk Point Close to you. In 87% of cases, delivery takes place within two business days after shipment.

Shipments to Porto
Deliveries are made by Log-in transport company , Tuesday to Friday. We do not provide a tracking number , but for more information, you can contact us by email ( info@maikombucha.pt ) or via WhatsApp at +42 43437383. In 95% of cases, delivery takes place within two business days after shipment.

Islands and Spain
Shipments are made by Correos Express . You will receive a confirmation email which allows you to track your shipment in real time.

Important Information :

Kombucha MAI
Our kombucha is naturally carbonated , and the transport time (non-refrigerated) is part of the process of second fermentation . As soon as you receive your order, put the kombucha in the refrigerator .

Kombucha and SCOBY Kit
Our cultures are vacuum packed and protected by a starter tea with a low amount of residual sugar, which prevents fermentation during transport. You can activate the SCOBY up to one month after delivery . Remember to keep it away from direct sunlight and at room temperature.
