MAI Kombucha was born from a dream of multiplying a magical drink . We believe in the transformative power of the Kombucha Universe and its ability to promote more positive habits.
We started by teaching people how to make kombucha at home. That's how the MAI Kombucha kit came about, developed with the intention of sharing knowledge and promoting the consumption of a beverage rich in soul and health.
We work towards a world with less soda and more kombucha, less preservatives and more life , less plastic and more nature , a more natural and less artificial world.

MAI'S KOMBUCHA
The beneficial beverage is the result of two gentle fermentations: the first to transform the tea into Kombucha, and a second, inside the bottle, to produce the natural gas. We make kombucha in the traditional way, just like you would at home, following the method we teach.
We let nature do its work and respect it throughout our process with sustainable practices, fresh and organic ingredients (no concentrates, preservatives, added gas or yielding techniques).

Our mission is to spread the culture of Kombucha and its benefits in Portugal, with the purpose of inspiring positive transformations .
We want to grow the fermentation community, facilitate the multiplication of beneficial bacteria and yeasts, and create more conscious consumption habits! Producing at home is an act of awareness, as it values the richness that nature offers us and strengthens the community that supports the natural cycle of life !
The journey into the Kombucha Universe is undoubtedly rewarding . Producing our own kombucha allows us not only to obtain the healthiest and most sustainable beverage, but also involves us in a continuous process of discovery , experiencing new flavors and aromas.
